Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Gosampl (operated by M/S Hikizo Private Limited), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all our users. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and returns are processed for products, services, and subscriptions purchased through our website and mobile applications (including Gosampl-Phlebo and Gosampl-Runnerapp).


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing/Shipping
    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
    To cancel, please contact our support team at support@gosampl.com with your order details.

  • After Processing/Shipping
    Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may still be eligible for a refund or return (see below).

  • Subscriptions (if applicable)

    • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

    • Cancellations made before the renewal date will stop future billing. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law.


2. Refund Eligibility

Physical Products

  • Refunds are offered only if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Digital Products & Services

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., reports, downloads, or online services), refunds will not be provided once access has been granted, except in cases of:

    • Duplicate purchase

    • Technical errors on our part

    • Services not delivered as promised

Service-Based Orders (if applicable)

For lab services, bookings, or healthcare-related requests:

  • Cancellation made 24 hours before the scheduled slot will be fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation or return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

  • Products purchased under clearance, discount, or promotional offers

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Downloaded digital products once accessed

  • Services already rendered
